A stunning pair of mid-century Hydrol Chemical Company of Philadelphia, PA Pri-mol glass bottles with original contents is presented here. Pri-Mol serves as a first injection priming chemical, designed to inhibit bacterial growth and enhance the effectiveness of arterial fluids. Founded by Harold F. Haabestad in Lansdowne, Pennsylvania in 1929, the Hydrol Chemical Company later relocated to Philadelphia. The company is currently under the ownership of ESCO (Embalmers Supply Company) and continues to provide Hydrol products to the funeral industry.
