✨I started running strictly out of OBEDIENCE, I did not want to AT ALL & in my obedience, I’ve been learning SO much about myself, my body, and my mind through my own process of running (I started with 10 secs & losing my breath…im now at 34 mins clean breathing 👏🏾). I’m grateful for the lessons & how they translate into & simplify my everyday life. Here’s a tidbit. 🎙️

🧞‍♀️Be careful what you pray for because you just might get it.

🎢I’ve learned to refine my prayers & intentions and add a little grace & ease to my requests to Universal Law & also to be open to receive it! That last piece is IT. How many of us intentionally open ourselves to receive what it is we desire out of life?

💥Life has to knock us down just to give us the blessing we asked for lol. Maybe that’s just me!?
