Hello Everyone!

With CoronaVirus amoung us it is more important than ever to keep your blood sugar under control.

A stronger immune system is vital and can be attained by many people suffering with high blood sugar and diabetes. Please read below;

First, remember that the higher your high blood sugar is the thicker your blood becomes. Thicker blood is more difficult to circulate and increases blood pressure. The combination of high blood sugar and high blood pressure increases deposits inside blood vessels which leads to heart and circulation issues, including higher blood pressure.

If a person with uncontrolled diabetes for several years is able to attain normal blood sugar levels along with normal blood pressure for an extended period of time it will cause a persons arteries to open up by 10-20% depending on various factors. Remember- Blood Sugar levels should never be over 200 even after meals. Normal blood sugar is generally less than 100 but keeping your level below 150 consistantly is a good goal. Blood sugar levels over 150 or 200 should be avoided at all costs as the damage caused by diabetes is cumlative so that over a twenty year time period the effects add up.

Eat Quinoa as your starch, plenty of veggies, and meat or fish or poultry. No bread, sweet fruit juices.

**Keep close watch on your blood sugar levels when changing your diet, especially if taking diabetic medications.

Good luck to everyone. Stay healthy!

Hello All,

I hope everyone enjoyed the Thanksgiving Holiday and ate smart while doing so!

Please Comment below with your experiences substituting Quinoa for high carbohydrate foods. Others may be encouraged by your success stories. It sometimes takes that extra push..

Btw- After eating a huge Thanksgiving Dinner(less any real carbs), my father went off his diet and ate one dinner roll and a small sliver of apple pie. It turned out to be a mistake as his blood sugar was over 200, his right foot got slightly swollen and went back to normal after a few days.

After a day or so he was back to normal but each day the blood sugar is high it damages the body.

Good Luck Everyone!

Happy Holidays!

Helpful Diet Info- Please remember to Follow my page. Thanks!

Below is an example of a typical lunch or dinner that does not significantly raise Dad's blood sugar! After 30 yrs he is finally off all diabetic medications and has been for 3 years! His A1C is below 5.7 each year since!!
Served hot;
1. 1-2 cups cooked white(golden) quinoa(seasoned or plain, may use limited butter or olive oil)
2. 1 cup veggies or 1 whole corn on cob(limit butter/olive oil)
3. 1 6-8 oz portion of fish or meat(vary between fish, chicken breast, steak), **once per week he eats 1 cheeseburger from SmashBrgr+a veggie like brussel sprouts in place of his regular dinner.
4. Sometimes in addition and/or between meals he eats a whole apple with the skin or extra meat, veggies, or quinoa.

Note: Remember to monitor your blood sugar levels carefully when you change your diet as a low blood sugar condition can be dangerous.

Helpful Info: This may Prevent an Amputation!

Some years back Silver Colloidal cured my Dad's toe infection within one or two weeks.
He had been on antibiotics for 2-3 months without improvement. I suspect because the blood flow to the area is reduced(although he always had good pulse measured on leg or ankle)
His big toe was red and swollen but didn't really hurt much.. it was warm to the touch as compared to the other toes.(those are signs of infection)

If a toe or foot does not improve with antibiotics over the course of months can lead to medical procedures and even amputation..

The Good News;

I applied Silver Colloidal (500ppm) directly to the skin of the affected area twice a day(although you can do more). I am unsure if different brands or preparations change how well it works or doesn't work. When applied topically it stays localized and concentrated on the area of infection. He had continued with oral antibiotics while applying the Silver.

It worked! The toe went back to normal & the infection was gone!

Then shortly after I figured out the diet and he has not had high blood sugar or an issue since then!

Give it a try and Please Like and Comment about your experience after use.

Also, please Follow my page! I will be posting new and helpful information regularly.

Good Luck and Follow my Diet Z! (I posted and pinned to the top.
