Flourless Carrot Brownies – Fudgy & Healthy
🧾 Ingredients (6–8 brownies)
• 1 cup steamed carrots (soft and mashed)
• 1 ripe banana, mashed
• 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
• 2 tablespoons peanut butter
• 1–2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (optional, for extra sweetness)
• 2 tablespoons dark chocolate chips
• Optional: ½ teaspoon vanilla extract

👩🍳 Instructions
1️⃣ Prepare the Carrots
Steam the carrots until soft, then mash them into a smooth puree.
2️⃣ Mash the Banana
In a bowl, mash the ripe banana until creamy.
3️⃣ Make the Batter
Add the mashed carrots to the banana. Stir in cocoa powder, peanut butter, and honey. Mix until it becomes a rich, thick batter.
4️⃣ Prepare the Pan
Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Line or lightly grease a small baking pan.
5️⃣ Add Toppings
Pour the batter into the pan and spread evenly. Sprinkle chocolate chips on top.
6️⃣ Bake the Brownies
Bake for 18–22 minutes until set but still soft in the center.
7️⃣ Cool & Serve
