Continuum of Care rebuilds lives by providing housing and residential support services to persons with mental illness or developmental disabilities so they may life healthy lives and as fully in the community. Continuum remains devoted to helping some of the most vulnerable members of our community live full and productive lives. Continuum offers a comprehensive array of living arrangements and associated service options for persons diagnosed with psychiatric disorders, mental illness, substance abuse, behavioral health issues and persons with developmental disabilities. Annually, we provide housing and residential services, crisis and respite, and case management to more than 2,000 individuals, and we break the cycle of homelessness for 500 people.

Stopping to ask the question, "What would love do?" during a challenging situation allows us to pause, listen, see the situation from the other person's point of view, and recognize their fears and suffering. We recognize ours as well. Only then can we dissolve defensiveness and connect to values. We can then take action to connect and transform the situation or the relationship.
