I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, a Board Certified Music Therapist, and a yoga teacher. I use multiple creative modalities to provide a positive experience for my clients including mindfulness, yoga, story-telling, movement, breath work and writing to name a few. I am particularly interested in cross-cultural/multicultural psychology and currently enjoy working with identity related issues and fertility related challenges. The goal is to help you create your best life. I also enjoy providing clinical supervision for professionals seeking licensure or just more support on an ongoing basis. During sessions, we devise a plan together and set real short-term and long-term goals. As an experienced therapist, I will work with you to develop new patterns of thinking and relating to yourself and others using cognitive-behavioral, expressive, creative, and dialectical techniques. I have worked in multiple settings including hospitals, LGBT Centers, Employee Assistance Programs, medically fragile programs, women's clinics and schools.
