🌿 A Little Scheduling Clarity + Thank You for Your Grace 🌿

I wanted to take a moment to apologize for any recent discrepancies in event times or scheduling. I plan our month ahead using my Google calendar and create flyers in advance, and sometimes—because life happens—small changes do occur after those materials are made.

The best and most accurate way to always see current class times, events, and updates is through the Vagaro app. Simply download the app and search for Sacred Bloom. This is where our live schedule lives.

Using Vagaro truly helps us stay organized and allows us to prepare properly for everyone attending. When you’re booked in advance, it helps us know how many to prepare for—and you can even reserve your spot and pay at a later time if needed.

Thank you so much for your patience and understanding as we grow and learn.

🌿 Communication Update for Practitioners & Vendors 🌿

As Sacred Bloom continues to grow, I’m making a few adjustments to help keep communication clear and organized.

Moving forward, all business-related communication for practitioners and vendors (including collaborations, scheduling, invoices, proposals, and event details) should please be sent via email to the Sacred Bloom email address.

Our social media accounts will now be monitored by a team member who will be assisting with general questions about the studio, class schedules, and offerings. Because of this, business-related messages sent through social media may be missed or delayed.

This shift allows me to stay more present, organized, and aligned while supporting the continued growth of Sacred Bloom.

🌱 Need volunteer hours? Come help us out. 🌱

There are quite a few projects I currently have in the fire, and for the first time, I’m finally asking for help. Sacred Bloom means so much to me, and my intention is for it to continue being a safe, supportive, and welcoming space for our community.

By having a little extra help, it allows me to be more present—for the space, the offerings, and for you. If you’re ever in need of volunteer hours or simply feel called to support Sacred Bloom, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
