Some of our NLFR attended Fox Valley RTAC and Grand Chute Fire Department engaging educational training :Man vs machine extraction and care!
If you don’t know already, auto extrication is the process of removing a vehicle, or its components, from around a person who is trapped within the vehicle due to a collision. These hands on trainings gives our responders the hands on training for the capability to perform the essential duties of the job, minimize further injuries, and give quality care to our community!

As we recognize the 50th anniversary of the first National EMS Week, we honor those who came before us, especially those who challenged the status quo and raised the bar for all of us. And at the same time, we look forward, building on their efforts and committing ourselves to forge a future for the next generation of EMS professionals to serve their communities.
New London First Responders would like to acknowledge all of our EMS and First Responders. No words can express our gratitude to you all whom selflessly give their time to be there for our community in time of need! We are proud of you and thankful to have one amazing group of men and women!!

Today, on National First Responders Day, we honor and celebrate the brave men and women who put their lives on the line every day to keep us safe.
Police officers, firefighters, paramedics, EMTs, First Responders and dispatchers are all essential to our communities!!

Let’s take a moment to reflect on the sacrifices that first responders make. They are dedicated either it’s their full time job or volunteer. They are always ready to respond to emergencies, big or small. They are the ones who run towards danger and they are the ones who put our safety before their own.

We owe a debt of gratitude to our first responders for their courage, dedication, and commitment to serving our communities!!!!
