Just tried the tortilla soup and the Tennessee Corn Muffin mix recently. Keeps indefinitely on shelf but you'll be eating them up quickly. The single serving soup works for two (or one super size). Cornbread made two large batches of 12. They freeze well. "Delicious," the Thanksgiving crowd said!
