Evening Warriors! While Hubby was at softball I started with SuperWorkout. This will only be when he has the early games otherwise. I thought that I would start easy! 3.5 miles on level 3 elliptical then a quick 2 mile bike ride then some strength training on the machines total time in the gym 1 hour and 15 minutes. Let’s see what SuperWorkout Monday will bring as that is his next early game!

Okay Warriors I haven’t posted much this week but have working it hard at the gym. Tonight I ran 3 miles on the elliptical at what I thought was level 4 oops I was on level 5. Then worked hard on some strength and weights.


Evening Warriors!  Tonight was a five mile bike on level 5Then weights and strength on arms and core.

Evening Warriors! Something new tonight! Stair master for 5 minutes for 160 steps! 1.5 miles on the elliptical with hills, added weights to arms and leg curls.
