We stand with ! As Americans we are o focused on material things and capitalism we lose sight of the rest of the world. The human beings that suffer at the hands of the imperialist that we are enslaved by.

Human beings were killed by this administration in Venezuela 🇻🇪. Not because they were deserving of it but bc we are under the rule of oligarchs that will stop at nothing to amass capital and power!

Nothing changes if we don’t change !!

We as human beings create narratives around our beliefs, our intentions and our fears.

These narratives that are created can be described as illusions. Illusions that don’t benefit our core beliefs but only the narratives that surround them.

Self-acceptance in a culture constantly suggesting you’re not enough, that you need to buy or achieve or transform something to be worthy is genuinely countercultural at its core.

Shedding shame is literally reclaiming your own narrative.

Vulnerability is not winning or losing; it’s having the courage to show up and be seen when we have no control over the outcome.

When we get to a place where we understand that love and belonging, our worthiness, is a birthright and not something we have to earn, anything is possible.

Shedding shame allows you to live a life that is true to your core. Shame can be limiting.. don’t allow any person, place or circumstance to make you feel shamed. You were made whole! 🫵🏽

As this year comes to an end. I have many thought-provoking lessons and experiences that I will hold close to my heart.

One thing that has stuck with me on this journey called life has to do with limitations. One thing I find to be very interesting about limitations is that sometimes we don’t even create them ourselves.

Limitations that fester in our brains, and our bodies come from the world around us. Whether it is our loved ones or the corporations that we entrust with our health and livelihood.
On an unseen subconscious level, there is a data exchange that happens that directly impacts the way we view ourselves and what we are capable of accomplishing.

These limitations are not real UNTIL you believe them.

I hope this short and random video can be a reminder to someone .. never forget those limitations that exist within within your mind can be removed. You are in fact !!
