When it comes to cooking, I always seek recipes that are simple with minimum ingredients and less time consuming — it’s more practical and easy to add to my weekly menu.

Try this shinwari karahi with only two main ingredients. It takes less than 30 minutes and comes out finger licking good!

You just need chicken and tomatoes (you can increase the quantity if you like a more runny texture), add ground black pepper, salt and simmer till oil separates - and VIOLA! You’ve got a show stopper! 🔥

❌❌ A client told me they want to start eating healthy and that would mean they’ll be spending 60% of their salary on groceries because organic produce is so expensive.. but that’s the only way they can have healthy meals. ❌❌

Most organic foods are very inaccessible and you shouldn’t be exhausting yourself over it. You can take product that’s not entirely organic and still have a balanced diet. 🍎 🍃

It’s different for everyone and what might work for someone may not work for you.
Please don’t go crazy with numbers. Numbers can be tricky, stressful & complicated. You CAN reach your goals by following a different path too. Counting calories is effective in certain cases, for example: a diabetes dietitian giving you an initial head start of foods you can consume while still giving YOU the liberty to choose from a range of food groups. It may work short term but often becomes a tedious task robbing you of the pleasure of eating food.

Choose wisely, prepare, plan and act 🤍

Anywayyy, here’s your weekly reminder to not let the weekend be slipped away by doing tasks you couldn’t do this week. There’s only so much one can do in 24 hrs. DO take some ME time out. ✨ Here’s how:
Most whole spices and seeds are naturally anti-inflammatory and help reduce swelling, inflammation in the body; but don’t let this logic fool you. It may make you “feel” leaner drinking cumin water for a month but it has no absolute affect on fat deposits. You cannot lose body fat if you’re not losing any weight or adjusting your body composition. While it may increase your metabolism, solely relying on one ingredient won’t work. In fact, it can cause more harm than good.

Healthy eating is not a “diet” or a fad you can follow for a few days. It’s a lifestyle - which goes a long way 🌱🌿🥬
