Here’s my go-to Sea Moss Smoothie Recipe 🌊🥤

Ingredients:
🍌 1 Banana
🥭 1 cup Frozen Mango
🥑 ½ cup Avocado
🌱 1 cup Spinach
🥥💧 12 oz Coconut Water
🌊✨ 2 Tbsp Sea Moss Gel (I use Be Free Sea Moss)

Directions:
1️⃣ Add all ingredients to a blender.
2️⃣ Blend until smooth + creamy.
