Meditation in New Orleans

WHAT WE DO: We hold classes on meditation and Buddhism that are open to everyone in all walks of life and from any faith or background. You don’t have to be a Buddhist to learn how to meditate or to benefit from it! WHO WE ARE: Our meditation in New Orleans branch is part of a network of over a thousand Kadampa Buddhist Meditation Centers world-wide. It is a non-profit branch established to provide people in New Orleans with the opportunity to learn about and practice Buddha’s meditations and teachings as an effective way to solve our daily problems. We aim to offer a refuge of peace, friendship, and inspiration. For more information on the New Kadampa Tradition, click here (https://kadampa.org/). Please feel welcome to drop by to one of our weekly classes soon!
