WHAT IS HYPNOTHERAPY?

Clinical hypnosis, or hypnotherapy, is helpful for many clients interested in changing habits, improving study skills and test taking, reducing anxiety, improving sleep, and even boosting your golf game. Professional ethics are adhered to just as in any type of psychotherapy, and the client remains in control throughout treatment. Sessions consist of an initial assessment (during which questions and concerns are addressed) and a second session for the clinical hypnosis. Being hypnotized is a very relaxing and soothing experience after which you may feel as though you had a good nap. Your session is recorded and sent to your phone so you can listen to it repeatedly.

You will NOT quack like a duck, but you will feel terrific.
