Soft tissue care is not one-dimensional.

Evaluation methods, treatment philosophy, and clinical structure can vary widely across care models.

Some approaches focus primarily on symptom relief or generalized soft tissue therapy. Others may incorporate injections without direct visualization. Each reflects a different clinical methodology and diagnostic framework.

At FIT Los Angeles, our model emphasizes imaging-guided precision, a fascia-first perspective, physician-led evaluation, and structured care planning. Ultrasound visualization allows clinicians to observe tissue behavior in real time, supporting more informed and individualized decision-making.

This is not a question of better or worse.
It is a difference in clinical design.

Los Angeles clinic appointments are now available April 24–26.

Movement problems don’t always start with muscles.

At FIT, we focus on the fascial system — the connective network that influences how the body moves, adapts, and recovers.

Assess the fascia.
Restore mobility.
Optimize movement.

Not all IV fluids are the same. 💧

When it comes to IV hydration, the type of solution used can influence how the body responds to fluid replacement.

𝗡𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝗹 𝗦𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗲 is an isotonic solution containing sodium and chloride and is commonly used for general hydration support.

𝗣𝗹𝗮𝘀𝗺𝗮-𝗟𝘆𝘁𝗲 is a balanced, buffered crystalloid designed to more closely resemble plasma composition. In addition to sodium and chloride, it contains electrolytes such as potassium and magnesium, along with buffering agents that help support acid-base balance.

At The Fascia Institute and Treatment Center, hydration solutions are selected based on clinical screening and individual physiologic needs—not preference alone.

IV therapy is not appropriate for everyone. Selection depends on medical history and a structured medical evaluation.

Golf is a great example of body-smart movement done well.

The rotation, balance, and controlled loading involved help keep joints moving freely, support healthy fascia, and improve coordination without the constant pounding that can wear the body down over time.

When movement is sustainable, your body stays more adaptable.
Stiffer tissues soften. Motion feels smoother. And everyday movement like walking, bending, and twisting feels easier.

Staying active isn’t always about pushing harder.
Sometimes it’s about choosing movement you can come back to again and again. ⛳️

Many patients with hypermobility and connective tissue disorders experience complex patterns of joint instability, pain, and altered movement mechanics.

The fascial system is a continuous network of connective tissue that supports structural integrity, coordinated movement, and joint stability throughout the body. Changes in fascial function may influence biomechanical patterns sometimes associated with hypermobility.
,
At The Fascia Institute Los Angeles, physician-directed evaluations focus on detailed assessment of fascial structure and connective tissue function using advanced clinical methods.

Dr. Jacques Courseault, MD will be seeing patients in Beverly Hills, California, during upcoming clinic dates.

Appointments are limited.

Not all IV hydration therapy is the same. 💧

At 𝐅𝐈𝐓, every infusion is delivered within a physician-directed framework — with licensed nursing staff, structured screening, and hospital-grade formulations designed to support performance, recovery, and overall physiologic balance.

This is hydration guided by medicine — not convenience.

During growth, fascia plays a key role in how teen athletes absorb load, transfer force, and coordinate movement.

As training demands increase, the body isn’t just building strength—it’s learning how to organize movement through connective tissue. When fascia adapts well, movement becomes more efficient, resilient, and repeatable. When it doesn’t, compensation and strain can follow.

Supporting movement quality during these developmental years helps set the foundation for long-term performance and durability—on the field and beyond.
