I am almost there! I walk 10,000-13,000 steps per day, and selectively, I have increased my daily walks to 2x’s per day which increased my daily walks to 22,000 to 24,000 steps per day. My eating habits are changed (low carb, no sugar, no starchy veggies). So what are you seeing? The stomach is disappearing, my arms and legs are
Slimming down, and I have lost the double chin.

If we can start with a 30 minute walk on a daily basis, then we will begin to change somethings in our lives. Exercise and increasing your heart rate will get the blood flowing. I believe it starts with you wanting the best for you. If your life is better than what else can happen? What are you doing are planning to do in the next week to help yourself? Please share. Many of us are sitting at home attempting to obey the social distancing rule; however, I am wondering how many of us are getting in some form of exercise. Remember, black and brown people are perishing because of our health conditions. Either we can let Corona the Cobra kill us or we can make sure that it will not defeat us. Which do you prefer? Choose to get healthy or allow the virus to defeat us?

Here are the foods that compose of ketogenic eating:
Meat and poultry
