ROCK Solid Living Counseling & Services, LLC Treatment for depression, stress, anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder and other mental health conditions is provided.

Services help clients to raise personal awareness, explore options, solve problems, set/reach goals, make decisions and overcome obstacles to achieving personal greatness. Couples and families are able to develop insight, improve communication, overcome infidelity, reduce and resolve conflict and raise their level of relationship satisfaction through implementation of appropriate interventions. Counseling provides coping, adjustment and overcoming strategies for couples and families facing crisis such as infidelity, parenting difficulties, grief/loss and employment challenges. LPC Supervision includes a review of cases while providing insight, support and encouragement during weekly one-hour sessions for interns seeking LPC licensure. I educate, support and serve as a consultant to Pastors who provide counseling that deals with domestic violence, incest, suicidal ideation, making referrals and other issues that may be beyond their scope of experience.
