Imagine a word that serves as a touchstone for your entire year—something that inspires, challenges, and focuses your energy. Whether you're looking to grow spiritually, emotionally, or physically, that one word can be the key to unlocking your best year yet.

For me, choosing my one word isn't arbitrary. Prayer is a guiding factor. So, there is also scripture grounding me.

For 2025, my word is flourish and my scripture is Psalms 115:14. "May the Lord cause you to flourish, both you and your children. "
