We welcome residents at all levels of the aging process. Vista Shores' Executive Director is Courtney Bartholomew. Courtney oversees all community operations to ensure that residents receive the highest quality of care possible. Courtney has more than 10 years of experience in the senior care industry, including past positions at the East Baton Rouge Council on Aging and as both an executive director and assistant executive director for an assisted living and memory care facility. She has a Master of Arts degree in mass communications with a concentration in healthcare administration. Courtney believes in focusing on what a resident can do rather than what they can’t, and trains her team to support and encourage their residents. At Vista Shores, Courtney ensures that the activities calendar is always full, and she goes the extra mile to plan interesting, engaging events that provide an active and upbeat lifestyle for her residents. Courtney is on the board of directors for several organizations, including the Alzheimer’s Association of New Orleans, New Orleans Continuity of Care, and Divine Touch Healthcare Training.
