Are you getting tired of this quarantine? Starting to feel low? Get on YouTube and look up the 432 hz music. Sit down and meditate if you want to. That definitely will help. But you can play it in the background all day and night. The 432 hz music is the healing frequency of your body and there are some that play 8 hours or more. Give it a try! It can’t hurt!

I’m afraid my vibration hasn’t been very high lately. I’m still missing one of my fur babies, Gizmo. It’s been a week and 2 days now and I’m feeling so bad and scared for him. The weather is very hot and we’ve had heavy rains since he’s been gone. His hair is long right now so I’ll bet he’s miserable if he’s still outside. And if someone has him, I’m wondering why you haven’t called us!!?? So I’m gonna keep posting this. If you live on the West Bank, will you please share to your friends and neighbors? Thanks!

Hi to my meditation and exercise people! I asked Pastor Jean Marie to refer you here so we could communicate if you'd like to. Just an update.... I had the implant put in, it got infected and I ended up in the hospital with MRSA. Got out on Christmas and was trying to heal from that when, the other day, I tripped and fell out the back door! I busted up both knees, my shin, my ankle/foot and hit with both hands which are really sore. So now, I'm in different pain! So I don't know when I'll be back to class. I'm seeing my Dr. on Feb. 4th and we'll discuss putting the unit back in. Then it's 4-6 weeks all over again. So, for now, I'm tired and really nervous about going through this all over again but my original back pain has returned and I want it over. I'd like to work again, maybe.
So, keep me in your prayers or send me some healing energy, please! I could use all the help I can get. Thank you and I miss you all.
