BOOM update because I’m still processing today ✨

Taught one of my favorite BARRE classes ever this morning. It felt intimate, high vibe, honest, inspiring — like the kind of room you never want to leave. The conversations alone could’ve been a podcast episode.

Then I picked up the Phase 1 BOOM manuscript and I genuinely had a moment. Seeing the 21-day experience printed out with the audio, snippets, drops, prompts… all of it finally coming together? Obsessed.

The coolest part is hearing women naturally bring up practices from BOOM in real conversations and realizing it’s actually helping them shift things in their everyday life already.

That’s the goal.

for everyone who’s already in… and everyone still thinking about it:

here’s where we are.

• Phase One is COMPLETE
• a few final audio clips are being added (done by June 6)
• full BOOM (300+ pages) drops mid-June
• it’s being built in real time with a test group already inside it

what this means:

• June 6 → Phase One release begins
• mid-June → full BOOM release goes live
• you’re not getting “content”
• you’re getting a full recalibration system

and yes… Phase One can be used immediately as a 21-day practice on its own.

this is not something you binge.
this is something you move through.

slow. honest. disruptive in the best way.

if you’re already inside BOOM, you’re ahead of the wave.
