✨ Fun-Filled Wednesday at NOEH ✨

Today, the Café of the East turned into a tropical escape as we hosted our lunchtime luau — complete with pineapple boats, sizzling skewers, vibrant salads, and sweet pineapple upside-down cake.

To celebrate International Friendship Day, we added an extra splash of fun by making friendship bracelets right at the luau! Team members and community guests crafted colorful keepsakes for themselves and each other, turning lunch into a celebration of connection and creativity.

It was a midweek getaway filled with good vibes, great food, and even greater company.

Our sister hospital University Medical Center New Orleans, hosted an important conversation called "Level Up: a black men's roundtable on mental wellness."

This powerful episode of Vital Signs with New Orleans icon Wild Wayne, features an all-male panel diving deep into the realities of black men’s mental health. Featuring Juice (Soul Rebels), Kango Slimm (Partners-N-Crime), Dr. Michael Robinson, and CJ Marbley, this roundtable will explore personal experiences, resources, and transformational programs like University Medical Center’s Behavioral Health Program.

In honor of Minority Mental Health Awareness Month, lets revisit this vital conversation and listen to real dialogue about real situations.
