On a particularly "Monday" of a Monday, McKensie and Baye were enjoying bottles of rosé at Bacchanal Wine Garden in New Orleans. The details of the evening are a little murky but we do vividly recall speaking sweet nothings to the effect of: “You + Me = Yoga, Yeah? Totes. Done. Business.” We set up a meeting for the next week, over coffee this time, and we never looked back. It’s been a wildly enriching and mesmerizing three years teaching bachelorette and bridal yoga in New Orleans. We are SO proud of the New Orleans Bride Tribe that we have created and all of the wonderful souls that chose to join us on their mats week in and week out. Y’all give us so much life... and laughter. And spending weekends celebrating you through the practice of yoga is a dream come true!
