Anxiety is often approached as something to manage…
but I’ve found it’s something we can understand.
When you look at the body as a whole
nervous system, gut, minerals, detox pathways, and genetics,
things start to make more sense.
And more importantly…
you can begin to support yourself in a way that actually works for you.
