The TRX is a suspension trainer consisting of two straps and two handles that can add a nice dynamic to one's body weight workout. Utilizing biomechanics of the body, TRX is versatile and allows for numerous varieties of exercises to target the entire body.

PATE would like to proudly announce that his original business goal was achieved. PATE maximized this week's schedule by booking 40 hours worth of sessions. Being that PATE began roughly 1 year ago, this achievement is quite rewarding. Most independent contractors take multiple years to reach the landmark of an "established" business. Woop woop!

The half-round/half-flat BOSU trainer stands for "both sides up". This simple, yet highly effective training device is used to achieve functional symmetry and balance by eliminating anatomical deviations of the body. The mental focus involved with the BOSU is an additional bonus for one's wellness!

Swimming, biking, and running: the cross-training modalities of exercise for triathletes. Each can be performed indoors, outdoors, and at varied levels of intensity leading to versatility in cardiovascular health.
