Happy World Hearing Day! Your hearing is amazing, but fragile. Use these safe listening strategies so you can enjoy music for your entire lifetime 🌍👂🏼👂🏿👂🏾🌎

1. Use high-fidelity earplugs at concerts, festivals, bars, sporting events, and other loud places.

2. Turn down your earbud/headphone/in-ear monitor volume (and turn “on” headphone notifications if listening from your phone).

3. Take listening breaks throughout the day to give your ears and auditory brain a rest.
