Sit with all the stories. Yours first. Tell yourself the unfiltered truth, including your own mess. Then sit with the known stories of everyone else. All of them. Realize some truths. Not everyone has had the opportunity to learn new things and even those who have still have to opt to heal. That is a very personal thing. Your own path to health depends on how willing you are to understand and release. 🌟💜

It's the simplest things that happy can be found in. Look around you. Find those things. Do you have a friend, a craft you love, a talent or family that love and appreciate your presence. Those are the gifts. 💜✨️

There is nothing limiting you from checking in with an elderly neighbor or someone new to your community. Of course be safe out there.
Here's a suggestion:
*create a basket with fruit or other goodies and leave a nice note ex. "HI. I just wanted to give someone in my community a brighter day 😊"
*leave a holiday card in the mailbox with a similar greeting
