We will offer a variety of hatha yoga styles from a classic beginners 26.2 hot yoga class, abbreviated beginners 26.2 hot yoga class, intermediate yoga classes, yoga & music classes, yin yoga, pre-natal yoga, meditation classes, yoga for pre-teen and teens, yoga for injuries and advanced yoga classes.

Last night was 💫magical as days & nights can be in New Orleans. One of my highlights was seeing my favorite leader in ⚜️New Orleans & within the 🌍world at large — 🪬thank you D.A. Jason Williams for bringing wellness, Yoga, mediation & specifically into many conversations, conferences & within your own practice & household!!!!! Looking forward to 8 more years of expanding our scope in wellness🥂
