We have big plans for Magnolia Yoga -- we want to empower, teach & ignite people's interests in their Mind-Body Connection. In their inner peace & inner world by helping them make the connection that the inner becomes the outer; as yoga is very much a work-in versus a work-out. Project Details:

Who & Where
Magnolia Yoga Studio will be housed in the Bienville Basin district and serve a diverse cross-section of communities, districts & neighborhoods in New Orleans, Louisiana. We will provide a safe place for people to create more space in their bodies which translates to more space in their lives to move, feel and think better! What
We will offer a variety of hatha yoga styles from a classic beginners 26.2 hot yoga class, abbreviated beginners 26.2 hot yoga class, intermediate yoga classes, yoga & music classes, yin yoga, pre-natal yoga, meditation classes, yoga for pre-teen and teens, yoga for injuries and advanced yoga classes.

We do regret to inform you that our regularly scheduled Saturday hot Pilates class at 10:30 AM is canceled for tomorrow only. We recommend taking the class prior at 9 AM with Amber hot Yoga with the 26&2 method. Otherwise, the next class would be on Sunday at 10:15 AM with Giselle and our next Pilates class will be on Tuesday at 12 PM with Ciara.
