!9 days post surgery!
Feels so good considering where i was a week ago, not being able to get myself off the couch and lift myself up. Needed help with everything. Slowly but surely. Abdominal surgery is no joke. Swelling is still there and is slowly coming down.
Being healthy pays off! I will recover quickly!

My little man was so determined to ride the spin bike. I love watching him. He has worked out with me every single day. Picking up weights (2lbs-5lbs) asking ME to go for a run.
