Located in Jefferson, Louisiana, Jefferson Healthcare Center is a premier nursing home focusing on long-term care, skilled nursing services, short-term rehabilitation and hospice care for seniors in both private and semi-private room accommodations. In addition to providing superior medical care, we go beyond simple physical healing by fostering an environment of compassion and nurturing each individual’s unique needs. This holistic approach to care goes beyond mere physical healing and helps to rejuvenate the body, mind and spirit. Jefferson Healthcare is one of the only nursing facilities in Jefferson, fortunate enough to offer a secured Memory Care Neighborhood for those diagnosed with dementia, Alzheimer's and other cognitive impairments. Our neighborhood provides support, compassion and resources that are unique to the individual's situation.
