Most women think getting older means getting weaker… but the truth is, they’ve just never been taught how to train for this phase of life.

I hear it all the time: "Jamie, my metabolism is gone." "I’m just losing muscle because of my age."

STOP.

Age isn’t the problem. The strategy is.
