🏝️ out of office 🏝️

My husband and I will be enjoying a few days away as we celebrate our {delayed} honeymoon. 💍

I will be back in the office on March 4th and will respond to all emails, phone calls, and messages as soon as possible. 💚

Our bodies are constantly changing, and the care we choose should change with them.💚

Every massage therapy session is designed to meet your needs in that moment, because what feels right today might be different tomorrow.🙌

“It hurts right here.”

I hear that all the time. And while that spot absolutely deserves attention… pain is rarely just about one muscle.

The body compensates. It guards. It protects. And sometimes the place that hurts most isn’t the original source. It’s the one working the hardest.

I wrote a new blog post about why pain patterns develop and how therapeutic massage can support whole-body relief instead of just chasing symptoms.

If you’ve been dealing with ongoing tension or discomfort that keeps coming back, this might resonate with you.💚

Chronic pain isn't random. Discover a whole-body, nervous system-aware approach to therapeutic massage for pain relief that lasts.

Hey! That’s my yoga class🥰

I’ve got a little side gig teaching yoga at the North Hanover Area YMCA on Wednesdays at 6pm.

If you’re not a member but want to give it a try, now is the perfect time! They’re running a special for February…

If you show your library card, you get to try a week free and get a $0 joining fee at the end of that week if you decide to join.

Plus they do lots of fun activities (with prizes) like Y bingo…hint: if you come to a yoga class, you get to check a box!

But mostly, you get a sense of community, which is what I try to create in my class. We flow, we meditate, we breathe, but mostly we just try to have fun with it!

You’re welcome to join anytime 🧘🤍

One thing I’ve learned in this line of work is that bodies don’t respond well to being pushed. They respond to being listened to.💚

Every person who comes into my space brings a different story, different experiences, and a different nervous system. My job isn’t to “fix.” It’s to pay attention, adapt, and support what the body is asking for that day.

Therapeutic massage is a partnership, and this belief guides every session I offer.

💫Thursday Thoughts💫

I don’t believe massage should ever feel like something you have to “get through” and it’s why I don’t believe in “no pain, no gain.”

You shouldn’t leave a session feeling braced, exhausted, or overwhelmed. Massage can be therapeutic AND gentle.🙌

Your comfort always comes first in my work. The whole point is for it to feel good! This way the body can relax and do its best healing.

As Valentine's Day approaches, many people look for meaningful ways to show our loved ones we care.❤️

Sometimes the most meaningful gifts are the ones that offer rest, relief, and compassion, especially for the people we love who carry a lot.

Massage can be a thoughtful way to say “I see you” and “you deserve to be cared for too.” And when it’s offered with intention, communication, and adaptability, it can be a gift that truly meets someone where they are.

If you’re looking for a gentle, supportive gift for someone you love, gift certificates are available and can be used toward any session. Call/text (717) 321-6752 for more information.

However you choose to mark the day, may it be rooted in care, presence, and kindness.❤️❤️

Many people quietly wonder if massage is still safe when their health feels complicated.

The answer is almost always yes, but it has to be the right kind of massage, offered with care, communication, and proper training.

You’re never “too much” or “too complex” to deserve thoughtful touch.💚

If you have questions or need reassurance before receiving massage therapy, you’re always welcome to reach out.

‼️PSA: I have an opening for a 6:00pm appointment this Thursday!

This popular time spot is proving harder to come by these days, so if you’re in the mood for a relaxing massage appointment on chilly winter evening right before bed, you won’t want to miss it! ❄️💆

Today reminded me why creating a calm, quiet space matters so much.💆‍♀️

Healing doesn’t start when the massage begins. It starts when your nervous system feels safe enough to exhale.🌬️

The lighting, the warmth, the pace... it all matters.✨

This room was designed to feel steady, grounded, and supportive the moment you walk in.💚

💭Monday morning thoughts...

Deeper massage isn’t always better.

As we get older, or when we’re dealing with chronic pain, autoimmune conditions, or medical treatments, the body often responds best to work that is thoughtful and intentional, not forceful.

Effective massage doesn’t have to hurt to help.🙌
