🌱 It’s been a year full of growth, hard work, and a lot of learning.

If I’ve learned anything in my 31 years, it’s that you have to be willing to take risks to get the things you want.💪

Today, I clocked out of my part-time office job for the last time (nervously, I might add). ⏰

Change is scary and leaving behind a sense of security is a little overwhelming, to say the least.🫠

But I remind myself…I’ve done it before. Nearly four years ago, I walked away from a career in human resources without a clue as to what was next…and the universe led me to massage therapy. 💆‍♀️

This time, I just get to do more of what I love. I get to commit to growing my business and offering massage therapy to people who need it full-time.💚

And I couldn’t do it without the incredible clients who come to see me time and time again. I’m forever grateful to each of you. 🙏

So here’s to giving it my all and not looking back. 🙌

If you’re thinking about making a move, trying something new, and taking a risk, this is your sign to DO IT! 🫶

💗 Dinner of Hope 2025 💗

Last Friday, Abundant Life Wellness had the honor of participating in the WellSpan Adams Cancer Center’s Dinner of Hope - a beautiful evening celebrating Breast Cancer Awareness Month and honoring survivors and those currently fighting.

We offered chair and hand massages and shared how Oncology Massage and Manual Lymphatic Drainage can support individuals through treatment and recovery. The room was filled with positive energy, a lot of laughter, and so much hope. 💞

A huge thank-you to my amazing mama for helping me run the table while I gave massages - I truly couldn’t do it without her! And it was such a sweet surprise to run into our favorite Mary Kay lady (and my wonderful aunt 💕).
