True connection requires honesty about our limitations and boundaries 🤍 When we pretend we can do it all, we’re not just lying to our partner - we’re lying to ourselves. Being upfront about your capacity isn’t a flaw, it’s the foundation of trust. It’s better to acknowledge your limits than to overcommit and underdeliver. People often have good intentions and we cannot always predict what unexpected obstacles may prevent us from following through on our commitments. It’s common to avoid acknowledging the ways in which you may have disappointed someone else, because it sucks to have someone be disappointed in you. But not acknowledging their disappointment while also owning your truth and limitations often disrupts connection far more than being up front and authentic about our limitations. Perfection isn’t the goal - authenticity is what builds lasting bonds. Others deserve your truth, not your performance.

EVER-EVOLVING, JUST LIKE YOU:
It is very important to us that we stay attuned to the beat of this rapidly changing world to keep ourselves in the loop and ahead of the curve. Our team takes cultural competency very seriously; we are LGBTQ-affirming and experienced working with a diverse variety of folks with a diverse variety of concerns.
Each of our therapists have undergone thorough and extensive LGBTQ competency training. We know what "gender non-conforming" means and we know what "ethical non-monogamy" is, so you won't have to spend half your session time educating us.
OFFERINGS:
We currently offer Individual Therapy and Couples Therapy.
We are working toward developing Group Therapy and Workshops in the near future as well.
