Ok so I been workin with Cori for a few months now. She did 2x10 before adding weight and dropping her reps down in pyramid fashion 10,8,6,4,2.

Really proud of her form and gains so far in the gym.

She keeps it up she will own the womens records for Idaho in the 148/165 class

I must say it was hell today!!

I felt weak 😔

got fatigued easily 😩

And I drank too much caffeine 😆😆

But so happy I went 💪🏾💪🏾

I been having the discipline to workout on my own since I was in 5th grade!

No bs! I used to do 100 pushups and 100 sit-ups every night before bed and I very RARELY missed a day…

As coach I also know your muscle starts to atrophy 2 weeks after it hasn’t been worked out.

So it was only a matter of time before I found the balance to get back in there and workout cuz I know the reward after it’s done.

I also understand that in the grand scheme of things I didn’t lose much strength or size.



My work capacity will build back up rapidly and I’ll get my physique back in just a few short weeks

The take away???

No matter if you can’t make it to the gym…

Eat balanced healthy food!! I CANNOT stress enough how important it is to do this if you want to live a longer life, have less inflammation, less pain in your joints, less health issues OVERALL
