I am a true believer, and I am a big skeptic!!! I first started doing Halotherapy here at Coastline after I had covid, I had what I thought was a chronic cough and congestion for months after covid. I went in for my first treatment and when I walked out I could take a deep breathe without coughing! It was amazing, I now go about once a month, if allergies are kicking in for myself and especially my 9 year old daughter, we go and it REALLY HELPS!!! I am a true believer and highly recommend! This is not like a salt cave or having a salt lamp next to your bed, this is true Halotherapy ❤ Also, Kelly knows everything about it and is probably the nicest person you will ever meet!

Also, neither my daughter nor I have to take allergy medicine anymore!
