Who else feels like the holiday craziness started extra early this year?! 🦃🎄 Trying to keep track of all of the activities and the endless to-do list can be very overwhelming. I personally took some time on Saturday to do a salt therapy session, take a deep breath, and recharge for the week ahead. My brain was so happy I did!

The salt room is now open Tuesday- Saturday with most days open until 6:30 so people can come in after work, take a deep breath and relax after their busy day. We are also open on Saturdays! Hi! I’m Danielle, the new owner of the Salt Room 🤍
I’m usually in the salt room, not behind the front desk — but I’m loving the view from here and getting to meet all of your beautiful faces! My first day has been such a special one, and I’m so thankful for the warm welcome.

I can’t wait to meet all the regulars, welcome new faces, and share the calm, healing power of salt therapy with everyone.

When there’s an end, there’s always a beginning.

As I leave Coastline Salt Room for the last time today, I am reminded of how truly blessed I am to be in our community and how blessed I was to meet and help so many people.

I know many of my friends questioned my sanity when I said I wanted to open a salt room in downtown, but I knew it was something our community needed.

Today, holistic health and natural remedies continue to be a focus for so many people and I’m so glad that our salt room will live on to continue that mission.

Please help me welcome Danielle of Salt and Solace, as the new owner of the salt room downtown. What we started as Coastline Salt Room will now continue with Salt and Solace.
