Jolt Hip Hop Dance Fitness Jolt is an urban dance fitness class that drips hip hop, old school, pop, house, & dancehall styles Jolt places an emphasis on a no judgement zone!

Novices will have fun burning calories and learning choreo to a variety of urban dance styles while dancers can express themselves through dance movement while getting that extra burn in with some challenging fitness options! Ages 12-70 years old join classes each week!! Be encouraged, learn & grow, and dance to keep that mind and body well! Catch the vibe, join the JoltTribe!
