For all the s**t I talk about golf, this would be like seeing a polar bear in the Everglades, but I have to say it was a good time 🤙

May not (*would not) have happened if I wasn’t there to support a good cause and good friend .

My chiropractor and new homie as a partner made it even more worthwhile with great convo and some sketch driving along the 18.

On that note, I’m going to take a short nap until tomorrow ✌️🥵

Last three classes coached this morning at .

What a journey it’s been! I started coaching here at a pivotal time in my life, and I can’t thank everyone enough—from the coaching team and owners to all the members who inspired me every time I walked into the gym.

I’m deeply grateful for all the support, the hugs, gifts, and kind words today. It means the world to me.

A lot of people have been asking, “What’s next?” Well, despite what I often share on social media, fitness coaching is just one part of my life. I’ve been working in cybersecurity for the last five years, and I’ll continue focusing on that, along with my own fitness goals… for now. I’ll definitely be coaching again in the future, just in different ways.

Thank you again to my F45 family. You’ve had such a huge impact on my life, and I’m forever grateful. 🙏

Be still

No tv show in the background
No music playing
No social media
No games

Nothing more than observing your thoughts

“I don’t have time”. Then start with one minute. Increase to 3, and then 5

“I can’t meditate…my mind races too much”. Exactly, observe it. Everyone’s does. Notice how your thoughts appear and then disappear

Be still. Breathe. Meditate.

I can now add life coaching to my set of skills! 🌟 This part of the journey has been all about combining my skills to guide others toward their own paths of fulfillment and it will continue to develop.

This certification represents more than just a milestone; it also was a significant step in my own personal growth and commitment to making a positive impact by being of service.

Just so grateful for this exact moment in life; absorbing this present moment fully.

After months dedicated to reconnecting with myself, healing, finding purpose, and putting out the right kind of energy, great things are happening.

It’s no coincidence.

I have plenty to get excited for in what’s to come, but there’s no need to because what’s in front of me in this present moment deserves all of my attention and it’s all already exciting. That has done more for me than anything.

Being right here. Right now.
