Ok I’ll bite!!! I have seen several of my friends post about this challenge, and figured why not🤷🏻‍♀️ Who wants to do this 75 Hard Challenge with me?? I need something different to focus on since I hit my powerlifting goal. 💪🏻 I am starting today and it ends Oct. 10th, just in time for the holidays.

So some of your know that I have been powerlifting for the past 2 years! 💪🏻 My goal on my Vision Board was to lift 700lbs total and I accomplished it this morning! ✅
I hit personal records on all 3!
Bench- 150lbs
Squat-245lbs
Deadlifted-305lbs

So what is next for me? Although I love lifting heavy, I am definitely ready to shift my fitness goals to a different direction🤔
