(This applies to ALL clients)
I have had several problems that seem to be reoccurring and I will list them down below as well as go into detail. If you are current client coming to me, I highly recommend reading this whole post because it may affect you.
CLEAN LASHES- please make sure that you are washing your lashes at home. For the girls that think they don’t need to, trust me you do. When coming into your appointment with makeup build up, dead skin, oily, etc & I start placing extensions on those natural lashes that have not been washed, it is causing the extensions to fall off prematurely and leads to poor retention which makes the lash artist look bad.
SHOW UP WITH A CLEAN FACE- I know this isn’t an easy task with a lot of you guys coming to or from work or maybe even the gym. But when you show up to your appointment with me and you have makeup under your eye or especially oil, that is going to make it pretty much impossible for the tape to stay in place which makes my job a lot harder. If you can’t wash your face before your appointment, I recommend putting some makeup wipes in your car.
SCHEDULING FILLS- please do not come in for a scheduled fill with only a hand full of lashes on each side left. If you notice that they are starting to look thin, please text me and let me know so that I can reschedule you if needed to ensure that I have enough time to properly fill them.
I no longer offer 4 week appointments, you will be scheduled as a full set and offered a discount if I see fit depending on the condition of the extensions you had left.
All of this is being implemented to better serve you. I want all of my clients to get the best retention possible & that requires the client to do their part as well. If anyone has any questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out to me!
