Tommy's Toasty Trail Mix
Need a energy boost after finishing a workout, yoga or surfing?
Here it is:
Almonds
Dried Apricot
Pecans
Cashews
Brazil nuts
Sunflower seeds
Coconut flakes
1 tsp Brown Sugar Swerve (No sugar)
Sprinkle of Cinnamon
Sprinkle of Sea Salt
Bake in oven for 10-15 minutes at 350. Watch to make sure it's not getting burned. Remove. Cool until cool. Add Raisins. Put in refrigerator. Enjoy as needed.
