Good morning, Yogi's and Adventurers!
As family obligations have taken precedence over the past 2 years, I have shifted a bit in my role of showing people the world.
Many of us have traveled, meditated, hiked, and practiced yoga together over the past 10 years. I want to keep that going even though I can only participate in a few of the journeys myself.
Working out of my home office in New Smyrna Beach, I can now send you on YOUR dream adventure through Sophisticated Nomad Travel, my new travel agency.
Some of the active group trips I have organized in the past few months include the Camino de Santiago trail in Spain, a Christmas Markets cruise on the Rhine in Germany, a hiking adventure to the National Parks in Utah, and, coming up, trekking Mont Blanc in Chamonix, France.
Working with many amazing suppliers like G Adventures, AmaWaterways, Project Expedition, and Backroads, we have access to host/hostess credits for group travel.

I will still teach the Saturday beach classes like I have for 10 years Beach Yoga in NSB and I have added a heated power flow class at Green House Yoga on Tuesday mornings. See you on the sand or the mat!!

at Blue Springs yesterday.
Here she is on one of the cameras.

Latest Manatee Update from Blue Spring State Park!
The river temperature dropped to 64.4F (18C) and the manatees had the spring run pretty stirred up. That along with mist coming off the water in a 32 degree air temp and some wind made counting and IDing extremely hard. We counted 477 manatees which was most likely an undercount. The adoptees in were Una (pictured here), Annie with calf, Howie, Whiskers, Gator, Deep Dent, Nick, Philip, Flash, Aqua and Phyllis.

Just a reminder Yogi's that there is no class at Chases on the Beach until the first sunday in January. We are taking a break due to the holidays
