ERYT500 and YACEP based in New Smyrna Beach Florida. Currently teaching group Vinyasa and Yin Yoga classes in NSB. I also teach online, various workshops, host retreats and teach private lessons. I am certified through the ACA to instruct Stand Up Paddleboard and SUP Yoga.
