Falls are more common than you think. Most people consider a fall to be an unintentional contact with the ground. However, a fall is classified as any loss of balance, even when stopped by an environmental support (i.e. A countertop)

Fall safety needs to be approached with a holistic and proactive lens - targeting not only physical strength, but multisensory feedback and psychosocial factors.

Our Fall Safety Program helps our clients build necessary skills, strength, and the confidence to stay independent for the long run 🩵
