2025 – 2026 Garwood Arena Youth Timed Event Series dates. This year we are going to try and do something a little different. It will be the same structure as before but this year we will be focusing on the youth timed events.
Events – Breakaway, tie down, team roping, steer wrestling, goats, barrels and poles for all age divisions.
Start Times
- Friday 6pm – Junior and Senior
- Saturday 9am – Mini and Small Spur
- Saturday 12pm – Junior and Senior will begin at the conclusion of the Mini’s and Small Spur events but will not begin before 12pm.
- Sunday 9am – Mini and Small Spur
Changes for this year
- Dragging every 10 for Mini and Small Spur barrels and poles
- Dragging every 6 for Junior and Senior barrels and poles
- More payouts during rodeos
- One place will be paid for every 5 contestants in the class
- Mini and small spur start times move to 9am both days
- Senior steer wrestling has been added (Still offering Chute Do**in for Juniors)
During our 2024 -2025 season we paid out $19,649 in payouts and handed out $32,274 in awards. We can't thank everyone enough who helped make this possible.
We are still working on more details, but we wanted to get the dates and some of the changes out now.
