We all have a little Virgo in us but it’s the 𝑽𝒊𝒓𝒈𝒐 𝑺𝒖𝒏 𝑺𝒊𝒈𝒏 that has all the Marie Kondo goodness we strive for as human beings.

𝑷𝒐𝒘𝒆𝒓 𝒄𝒐𝒍𝒐𝒓𝒔: 𝑳𝒊𝒈𝒉𝒕 𝑩𝒍𝒖𝒆 🌊 can calm nervousness or anxiety in the mind, as Mercury is Virgo’s natural ruler & analytical ways have the potential to go into overdrive.

The main thing I’ve learned from this transit is that old structures will be torn down to make room for the new. NERVOUSNESS & FEAR BLOW❗️
Can worries be 𝒖𝒔𝒆𝒇𝒖𝒍❓I think it goes deeper than that.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
🔸Some fear is imagined but other fears (Pluto) are legitimate
🔸Facing fears requires us to act (Mars)
🔸Action is how we conquer fear
🔸Fear can be a teacher, teaching us how to react.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Do you consider worries to be 𝒖𝒔𝒆𝒍𝒆𝒔𝒔❓

🔸Nervousness/worry is living in the future
🔸It forces us to act in the wrong way
🔸It is a sinkhole for joy.

📣 For some, anxiety and worry is clinical and cannot be fully addressed by the above suggestions. These are useful things I have learned from Yoga teacher Murali at Ananda Temple in Seattle. Blessing to have learned from such a gifted teacher when I felt quite nervous with the change from Covid and quarantining unexpectedly in another city and state.
