Social media detox tips:

-Delete social media apps: This makes it harder to check your phone and distract yourself accidentally. .

-Turn off notifications: Minimize distractions by silencing or turning off notifications from social media apps.

-Change your lock screen: Make your lock screen motivational or informative rather than a source of constant updates.

-Give your phone a bedtime: Power off your phone and leave it in another room before going to sleep.

-Schedule social media time: If you still need to use social media, schedule dedicated times for it.
