In our recent Shalom Support Network session, we discussed how to balance helping others while taking care of ourselves. We agreed that it's important to do both. We explored topics like:

- How our thoughts can sometimes be misleading
- How questioning them can help us understand ourselves better

Our Shalom Support Network is all about learning to see things differently. As we share our stories and struggles, we're all learning from each other and building resilience together. It's amazing how much we can learn from each other when we talk openly and honestly.

We look forward to our next session coming up on Monday.

Balancing personal life and global issues can feel overwhelming. It's like living in two worlds, where daily tasks clash with major societal problems. This contrast often brings up feelings of guilt or stress. But there's comfort in finding ways to handle these challenges.

During our week 2 Shalom Support Network session last week we spoke on coping strategies. It's clear that recognizing emotional triggers and stopping negative thoughts are key to resilience. It's like a mental dance, catching yourself in tough moments.

This weeks talk stressed the link between emotions and actions, highlighting the importance of self-awareness. With supportive colleagues like Dr. Goldman TLC Virtual Resiliency, Taylor Britvan and Robert Czepiel Resilient Minds On The Front Lines, we are committed to helping each other through tough times.
