Signs and symptoms of Chromium deficiency:
Hyperglycemia or glucose intolerance, lipid deposit in large arteries, numbness and weakness in hands and feet.
F.Y.I:
1-a diet high in refined sugars leads to chromium being excreted out of the body
2-Taking too much chromium like more than 600 micrograms per day, can lead to increase in dreams and insomnia
