One of the things I do with all my clients is to have them stare at a mirror at anytime of the day and gaze into their eyes and say the following:
I’m sorry
Please forgive me
I love you
Thank you
This is one of the most powerful things you can do for yourself because when you start forgiving yourself, you start opening your heart chakra and allowing healing to enter your heart for yourself and others.
