It’s hard to figure what we on social media is real or not when it comes to weight loss but the truth is that weight loss comes from a caloric deficit.

The key is knowing how to do it properly with minimal muscle loss while losing fat. More importantly knowing when to stop and how to come out of the deficit to restore metabolism and hormones.

45 minutes to 1.5 hours (with low intensity cardio) is sufficient but nothing will work if you are not taking steps outside of the gym.
